Certain terminals are facing a timeout error on transactions.

We have transactions failing on certain terminals because of timeouts. All systems are operational and transactions seem to go through in other cases.

Update 1: We see different terminals face the issue on one transaction and processing fine after the first transaction.

Update 2: This issue is resolved currently

We are seeing timeout errors impacting the API.

Update: This was caused due to a Kubernetes node restart. We are investigating as to why this happened and will provide an update.

Degraded Performance on checkPaymentStatus

For a period of 9 minutes from 10:19:09.004Z (first instance of failure) to 10:28:33.741Z (final instance of failure), we had 23% percentage of “checkPaymentStatus” and "updateOrder" requests that were failing with the following response affecting 44 merchants. This issue is now resolved and is working normal. We are sorry for any issues this might have caused.
